AutoBridge Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 11 August 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how AutoBridge (“we,”“our,”“us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, products, and services.

Purpose and Scope
AutoBridge System, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "AutoBridge," "we," or "us"), respects the privacy of individuals and is committed to protecting personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to our collection, use, and disclosure of information obtained in connection with the provision and use of our software applications and mobile applications (the "Subscription Service") where we act as a data controller (for example, in respect of account management, billing information, and administrative purposes). It also applies to our processing of personal data in relation to ancillary services offered through or by other platforms within the AutoBridge ecosystem (including, for example, the AutoBridge Learning Portal, AutoBridge Community, AutoBridge Support, AutoBridge Store, the Partner Portal, and other related platforms) to the extent that we act as a data controller. Collectively, these offerings are referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Services."
The term "Website" refers to AutoBridge's and its affiliates public websites, including, without limitation, any domains, subdomains, or web applications owned, operated, or controlled by AutoBridge that provide access to the AutoBridge System and related resources. The Website does not include AutoBridge's subscription-based products, applications, or services ("AutoBridge Products") regardless of the domain name used to access them.
This Privacy Policy does not apply where we process personal data solely as a data processor on behalf of our clients or partners in connection with the Subscription Service. Additionally, we or our partners may provide applications and integrations hosted by third-party services, and this Privacy Policy does not cover such third-party services, even when accessed through our Services.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information collected by AutoBridge for other purposes unrelated to the Services. For details on how we handle information collected through our websites, events, or marketing activities, please refer to our Website and Event Privacy Policy, and for job applicants, please see our Applicant Privacy Policy.
How We Obtain Information
We collect several types of information from and about our Customers, Users, and Partners during the hosting, provision, maintenance, support, and improvement of our Services.
In certain situations, AutoBridge acts as a data controller with respect to personal data uploaded to our platforms. However, for the avoidance of doubt, we act as a data processor when processing Customer Data on behalf of our Customers while providing the Subscription Service.
As a data controller, we may process personal data that Users choose to submit to our platforms. This may include:
- Name and contact details
- Login credentials
- Job titles and professional information
- Photographs or profile images

We may also process other personal data that is not Customer Data (including data entered into other AutoBridge platforms) for the same AI/ML training purposes
